Using dual IMR 26650 cells is a good idea and as long as your cells aren't getting warm they are not being pushed too hard. Going that low of resistance can be tricky but it does sound like you are doing it right. I'd still like to see you using a regulated box mod with it with some built in safety.

RE: How I make clouds to rival Hurricanes
I have radically punished cells from time to time and in fact I vented one two days ago. I was glad there was still snow on the ground when I tossed it as fast as I could out the front door. It takes a surprisingly "short" amount of time to short a battery to get it to vent. Getting it to blow up is harder especially with IMR batteries. One point that was found out early on was that air holes in your mod are very important. If you do vent a cell you don't want that pressure building up creating a pipe/box bomb.

SubOhm really isn't my thing but I have experimented with it enough to have messed up a few times. My advice is pretty simple, make sure that you keep a good eye on your batteries, charge and discharge them evenly, test them often and make sure your MOD is vented. Don't get horking away on a subohm build over and over and passing it around to your buds either. What is safe for a battery a few times in a row might well not be safe when done repeatedly without breaks. If your batteries are getting scorching hot it's NOT safe.

But all this aside, congrats on the killer clouds.

If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind?

any new mod I get (what isn't very often)
I unscrew the end where the 510 connecter is and blow down it to make sure it has vent holes
as 18650 said if the pressure builds up and has nowhere to go you can end up in trouble

if at first you don't succeed ,call it version 1.0
