Homebrew juice
I got some 50ml needle-tipped bottles from FT this week so had to make something to put in them. But first they got a good clean. Turns out they leak at the cap when squeezed with any force at all. This will be easy enough to fix with a few yards of PTFE tape as soon as I find where I put it.

So 50ml of caramel in VG and 50ml of banana custard (About 95% PG) are now steeping for a week or two.

RE: Homebrew juice
I have some plastic bottles that do exactly the same - useless crap tbh!

From reading your post I'm assuming you have a Caramel & Banana Custard ejuice on the make ? that sounds fantastic if that's what it is...

RE: Homebrew juice
Yup. I'll need to let them steep a bit.

I'll probably try adding other flavours to small amounts of these later. The Banana Custard is Hangsen Custard with a banana flavour added. The HS custard is about 15 quid delivered for 100ml from Bargain Vapour in Ireland. There is always some of that in the Taifun which I'm landing to empty and recoil at less than 3 ohms. Works fine on the Vamo though.

RE: Homebrew juice
Has anyone done anything with fruit flavors? Im thinking about 50/50 vg/pg ratio with 2.4 MG nicotine content. Im using an EVOD with 2.2 -2.4 ohm coil. If someone would be so kind as to explain VV batteries and how to use them I'd appreciate it, I'm still learning.

RE: Homebrew juice
Fruit flavours vary, I've had some apple flavour that was a close cousin of tear gas IMO. I've had metallic flavoured cherry - in fact every flavour from that particular vendor tastes metallic to me. That vendor is still in business so others must disagree with me. So it's best to experiment and find the ones you like.

VV batteries are simple enough - you turn the power (voltage) up to get the amount of vapour you want without burning the juice. You'll know when you've burnt the juice. So you can adjust the power to suit your tastes.

RE: Homebrew juice
Cherry is a hard one to nail, a lot of the cherry concentrates give a chemical taste.
I'm in the process of experimenting with deferent cherry flavorings at the moment

RE: Homebrew juice
I have decided that I won't be using nicotine in my DIY mixes. I have a full bottle. I will be happy to send it to whoever wants it..It's on me.

RE: Homebrew juice
I am on my third bottle (15ml). I didn't want to make too much until I see how they turn out. I have "Vanilla Cream" "Vanilla Custard" and "Orange Coco Creme" This one is made with Orange Cream and Caribbean Coconut. All are 80VG/20PG and no nicotine. They are steeping as we speak. I am still up in the air about steping. Some say a couple weeks and some say a month. I believe Don (forgive me if it wasn't you) said a month so that's what I'm going with.
