By all means compare to store bought for reference but let your taste buds be your guide that way it wont be long until you find your happy place.

All supply's have been ordered! I also ordered a few flavorings from Capella's.   Are tobacco flavors a shake & vape or do they need a steeping?

Not sure about just tobacco but I know the RY4's I've mixed definitely need a good steep at least 2 weeks. Fruits are about the only mixes I've found to be shack n vape.

I gave up on trying to find a good tobacco flavor and started making my own NET ( Naturally extracted tobacco ) .
Basically you need pg , tobacco , silk screen ( the finer the better ) .

Mine is made with 5 cammel and 20 ml of pg cold macerated for 2 weeks , yielding about a 12ml return . This is drawn into a syringe throug a cotton swatch then strained through 300 micron silk screen , then mixed at 10% and steeped for 2 weeks .
This is more an rba juice , it really kicks the snot out of coils

RE: Help find a Different brand with same taste as I'm use to
Ok, my order came in from Vape Wild and the RY4Life is close, but taste a little weak. I believe RY4 Double may be closer to what I'm looking for!  Anybody have a good recipe?  I ordered 65v/35p. I want flavor not clouds, so may be should have ordered 80/20.

Ok, after a little research on recipes, I found this;

"RY4 E-Liquid was originally made by Chang Ning Dekang Biological Technology Co. for Ruyan Group Limited. Dekang defines the RY series as so (slightly modified for better translation);

RY1: Very subtle mixture of Tobacco aromas
RY2: Taste dry tobacco, raw, with no sweet aftertaste
Ry3: Exceptional blend of tobaccos, slightly sweet taste quite indescribable
Ry4: Tobacco blend with the trends of caramel and vanilla."

"For an E-Liquid to be classed as RY4 it must contain all of the 3 principal ingredients. They are Tobacco, Caramel and Vanilla.

The great variety of RY4 flavors are a result of the many different combinations of the main 3 ingredients."

I have 4 different tobacco flavorings coming from TPA, so all I need now is the caramel & vanilla.

Here's my old Rebel Yell RY4. I haven't mixed it in awhile since I don't really like tobacco flavors any more. This uses the VW RY4Life concentrate as a base.

Dandy Carmel Candy (VW) 4.00
RY4 Double (TPA) 3.00
RY4LIFE (VW) 7.00

I should add that I mostly mix at max VG so if you go with a higher PG percentage you might want to drop the percentages a bit.

Help my confusion!! I'm trying to find a good but simple RY4 recipe, but I see a lot of recipes with RY4 flavoring added!  Why?  I understand its a tobacco, caramel, and vanilla combo.  I have several tobacco flavorings on the way, and will order caramel & vanilla soon.

Because a lot of people like those notes added to round out the flat tobacco flavor. Those do work well with it. Earthy, deep, flavorful notes. Like awesome smelling pipe tobacco compared to a stinky cigarette.
