Gourmet Liquid
Freshly picked strawberries, drunk in fine brandy and delicately kissed with rich Jersey cream. Ring a bell? lol. Always makes me laugh when paying a lot of money for 15 mil. Well in fact I don`t and no description in the world would get me to do so.

So just what is it with gourmet stuff? As a mixer I know just how cheap it is to make, in fact the flavour element could be the most expensive bit but only a bob or three. I tend to use Flavour Arts. not the cheapest but generaaly very good. Of late I have taken ad vantage of some sales.

So do these manufacturers use a special type of flavouring unknown by me? Not convinced. Yes fancy names and packaging which does not a lot for me.  In fact it seems that a lot of the more exotric names, say pinkmon is available as a flavour at a decent price.

Was looking at a vaping mag yesterday. My goodness, glossy ads or what.

As a retired marketing and sales guy I do know about selling the sizzle not the steak but really some of the ads are over the top.

I know that i am not being forced to buy this stuff and if you want to, go ahead but still I would like to know how come this stuff is so special to warrant the price.

There are large costs to setting up to make juice but like you I wonder about the margins some folks are expecting.

Grant's Vanilla Custard comes to mind. The recipe is out there so why pay him not far off £50 for 100ml? If you can get any, it sells out almost immediately a new batch is made.

we have a local juice company that offers 120ml bottles 80% VG for 25 USD . flavor is good and consistent .
makes me regret payin $20 for 15ml.

There are seemingly more and more juice companies nowadays that sell good juice for good prices that I don't really see how a high end retailer can make it much longer. I will caveat that by saying I have never tried one of the big brands so I don't know the difference personally, but it would have to be like vaping a combination of true love, happiness, and high self-esteem to get me to shell out high prices.
