Florida taxing vapers?.
Hello All,

This question pertains mostly to the Florida vapers, however, if others
have the answer, please, don't hold back.

I'm about to place an order for liquid, and heard a while ago that the
Florida legislature was trying to pass a tax on it. Like 60%.

I will appreciate an update on this issue. It will affect the quantities I'll order.
Thank you for your help.

Elby.

Hasn't passed yet, nobody knows what's going to happen.  So far, only MN has screwed vapers over that I know, although CA will be there very shortly.

Remind one liberal per day, that laws affect only the law-abiding.

AJ there's a city in NC that has completely outlawed the possession, sale and use of e-cigs. Can't recall off the top of my head which city though. There are several states that are thinking about restricting or heavily taxing e-cigs, last I checked AL was considering a 40% tax, but I doubt if that will pass.

Well if all these states keep overdoing it they're going to lose in the long run because it's going to go underground and then they won't get anything. I know when I smoked in NY they were $13.00 a pack. The "Chinese Cigarette Guy" had them for $6.00 a pack. Can you guess who I got them from?

Thank you all for your responses.
Evidently, there will be a tax coming.
The lost revenue is mounting. also heard the FDA
had a ruling against vaping.

I'm trying to prepare for it.
My own liquid is not bad, but far from perfect.
So I'll order more flavors I can't duplicate.

There is a dude with a gallon of 100mg nic in the 'net for 159 bucks.
Tempting. I order 250 ml of 100 at a time.
Maybe the quality is inferior. If it's too good to be true .........
I don't think they will tax Lorann, hehe.

Meantime, I ordered like 2000ml from Fasttech yesterday.
Better safe than sorry.
The equipment is not a problem. I'll post a pic of it as soon as
I learn Android. What a mistake leaving Apple.
Although I need waterproof. Got me a Kyocera that has a mind
of it's own. Sorry, that's off topic.

Thanks again for your help.

OMG, a gallon of 100mg nic would last me three lifetimes.  Best nic i have used by far is Vaporstek ,  if you add VG to it and shake the hell out of it , it clears almost instantly , it's mind boggling how clean that stuff is.

I have used other nics in the past and you shake them it takes hours for them to clear up.

I read your other two questions. Are you aware that not only in North Americas but also in Europe and Asia more and more laws are being made to very soon bann all vaping, or restrict all sales of vaping related items?

In Asia that is already banned in Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand. In your own country it is sort of not desirable to semi-illegal. In the EU there are tighter restrictions soon in all major countries except UK. In the US it seems not vaping being made illegal but implementing weird regulations to sufrocate most of the current market. There is a world-wide hunt on vapers and it seems not far into the future most of us will be underground and being criminalized.
