First dual series 18650 build
Looking for a little insight from the veterans here...

I just purchased a explicit box mods "economy box" which is a dual 18650 series box.  I'll be using efest 18650 2500mAh batteries and I'm hoping I won't have any problems buildinga suitable coil in my billow v2 RTA...For those of you with dual series builds do you have any insight on using the billow, or a suitable build for it?  I'm thinking .25ohms should do the trick but as my first series build I figured I'd ask and be sure.

Thanks in advance.

Two batteries in series unregulated? No way will .25 work, that's over 250w!
1ohm should net you around 70w, 3ohm will be around 30w and even then that'll be HOT! Also, it'd be hard to coil the billow at that resistance because of the small deck.
Personally I'd get a dripper Wink

I have a few RDA'S I bought the RTA in hopes of being able to build it to use at work.  Worst case I'll toss the billow on my rig mod and use that at work and my freakshow or tug on the box for when I'm not at work.

The freakshow rda ive found the best build ive ever used in it on a series box was clapton coil (26/32g) paralleled with 26 at 6 wraps and boy did she chuck with a dual coil it ohmed out at around .42ohm on my tesla 200w before i put it on the noisy cricket. Vape on!

RE: First dual series 18650 build
A billow on a cricket. No way. Mind you I hate my cricket TBH. No matter how I build it my coils crap out after a week of vaoping it so damn hot and powerful. Do not build below .5 ohm. I get that someone  - no names - is building a .42 ohm coil. That is hot for me. And I vape RDAs and mechs daily. "Course it is all subjective but you need to be careful with a cricket. First get proper batteries - not efest bro. Sony, Samsung or LG. Then be aware this a series HYBRID mod. Be sure your pin protrudes enough. I would be leery of any RTA.

After using the cricket for a month now I would be happy to trade the beast away. It is just too damn finicky for me to get the build I enjoy and when I do the coils burn out, lol. Just my experience though. Mike knows I can build a coil. He has seen one of mine.

I don't understand why anyone would use a dual series unregulated.  That's a fuckton of voltage.  You'd need HUGE coils to mitigate the heat from 7 - 8.4 volts.  That's a one way ticket to Burnt Wick City.

Remind one liberal per day, that laws affect only the law-abiding.
