Eleaf iJust 2 issues?
I'm new to vaping and after doing a lot of research I found that the Eleaf iJust 2 was my best bet as it also received a lot of positive reviews. I finally received it, charged up the battery, primed the 0.3 ohm coil that it came with and fired it up. Unfortunately, I was met with very harsh hits that produced little vapour. After messing around with it and firing it up some more, the hits became less harsh but now whenever I try to pull for more than 1-2 seconds the mouthpiece gets extremely hot to the point of burning my lips and once again very little vapour is produced. I'm using 100% VG ejuice, could that be the problem? Should I cut down the juice with some distilled water?

Hi pwr - sounds like too much power - how much wattage are you using.

The iJust 2 isn't a variable wattage device, which is one of the reasons why I bought it, because I wanted to start off simple.

Hi pwr - sounds like a mechanical mod type battery - just drawing the power it needs. The juice could be the problem - 100% VG is quite thick and maybe not feeding into the coil very well. Try getting the same juice in a 70/30 PG/VG ratio and mix the two thus thinning the juice. Sorry I can't help any further on this but there are others on this forum far wiser and more experienced than me and I am sure someone will be able to help. Best of luck.
