We are having one today. The zone of totality is quite a long way north of here.

It began 20 minutes ago and paradoxically it has been getting brighter as the cloud cover breaks up a bit. It's maybe 85% cloud cover now...

Can't actually see the sun though Sad

Noticeably darker now. Now where did I put my welding mask?

Since the sun appears to have nipped out from behind a cloud.

The 2017 eclipse we had was amazing. We were in the zone of totality so I got to see it in my own front yard. I love that stuff. We probably talked about it but I saw Nutty viewing this thread and it reminded me.
