EDC
Recently I've been looking around the internet and finding some really interesting articles and sites about everyday carry. I had always just treated EDC as "here's what I happen to have in my pockets today" but it seems some folks are taking it one step further, becoming a kind of lifestyle. The general motto of the EDC lifestyle is to be prepared for anything. After reading up on it, I realized I've already been doing that without meaning to. So I've decided to get a bit more involved with the EDC community and see what they're all about, and it's a great way to find out about cool products to try as people show off their EDC gear.

One thing I love about the EDC community is that it makes you think about what you carry and why. I try to fit the most useful and versatile gear into as small a package as possible, and all of it is road-tested and reliable, durable gear that I can count on to do its job when I need it.

Now as vapers, our EDC means something a bit different. So here's what I'm thinking: I'd love to see your everyday carry, whether vaping stuff or not. Ideally pics and descriptions, but if you can't get a good pic then description is fine. I'll start.

Sigelei-100W with Phenotype-L RDA
Balrog with Aromamizer RDTA
iStick 50W with Nautilus Mini
4 extra 18650s for the Sigelei and 2 for the Balrog
At least 2 bottles of juice
Colt CT341 Titanium linerlock knife
Leatherman Micra multitool
Smith and Wesson Tactical Penlight
Triple Nichia custom torch (thanks Brad)
Lamy AL Star fountain pen
Paperchase pocket notebook
Carmex lip balm
Rohto Relief eyedrops
Chaps wallet
Keys (I don't have a good organizer for them yet)

This are the things I can't live without, the things I tap my pockets for before I open the front door. Of course I also carry other stuff with me depending on the day, like my work notebook on work days, my 3DS on non-working days, etc. I'm a backpack guy, so fortunately I don't have to fit everything I could ever need into my pockets, but the stuff listed above is all organized between my pants pockets except the vaping stuff, which has its own section in my backpack.

So what's your EDC? What are the things you carry with you that you can't live without?

RE: EDC
Where I work, I can't carry anything with a blade.

UK law is pretty harsh on sharp things anyway.

I usually have a multitool or two (with knife blades taken off), a light or three, assorted mods, 30ml of juice.

My work bag weighs a lot.

RE: EDC
I usually leave the house with my Cuboid 150, a bottle of liquid, my glock 23, and my ontario knife comp Rat 1. Handcuff key is still on my key chain even though that was from a past life (pre-shattered leg). I wear a Seiko 5 wristwatch and my cell phone. I also have a door slip in my wallet that I just never took out.

RE: EDC
Forgot to mention my favorite piece of equipment that I carry on duty is my 11 inch kukri knife with water buffalo horn handle. Because in California it's legal to carry a blade of any size as long as it's openly carried and 100% visible to anyone, but its not like anyone is gunna miss me carrying a 11 inch blade.

RE: EDC
Just emptied the work bag. Here's my EDC. I reckon 22 pens is excessive though.

Missing is the RX200 and the DNA200 squonker which are in the car as vaping is not permitted on the site at all. And it is a large site.

There's also the laptop I'm typing this on and a bunch of peripherals for it.

RE: EDC
Ha, I always accumulate pens too. Easy to just grab one at the hotel without even thinking. Also when I clean out the backpack occasionally I always find about $5 in change.
