Dry Hits using a new Innokin Endura
Hi, I wonder if anyone here can help me. I recently bought an Innokin Endura T20 and cannot get a decent vape out of it. Every time I use it I get a dry hit, although I filled it with fluid and even bought some new fluid with a more distinctive flavour. The e-cigarette seems to be in order and the coil etc seem to work. Oddly, the e-cigarette is producing vapour but it has no flavour. I have used this model before but this never happened. Am I missing something here?

Welcome to TVF Richard, if my memory is correct, the T20 doesn't have adjustable wattage and has a Nautilus type tank...

If you have installed a new coil and primed it properly I'm also at a loss on the flavour issue....if the juice is similar but no flavour I would always look to the coil if it fires fine...

OK, so I bought this e-cigarette last Saturday. Should I change the coil already?

What ratio VG/PG juice are you using - high VG makes the juice too thick for some coils.

I have two different juices at the moment. One is 70/30. One of the e-cigarettes I have - both Innokin Enduras - is now working intermittently, although both leak like mad for some reason. The other one just delivers dry hits all the time.

Would you be willing to buy a whole new setup? It may be better to get something with a little more versatility. I don't know that one so I can't speak to it, but it's possible you'd be better off with a different setup altogether.

If it is 70% VG that is too thick for standard factory coils and will not be absorbed fast enough 60% VG is max. for factory coils and 50/50 is better.

I agree even though they state "Vape the Endura T20 for a smoother, more open draw than the Endura T18 and the flavor focused PRISM T20 coils are designed and tested to wick high VG eliquids." on their website don't believe the hype.

That is true, vendors pretty much say anything to make a sale. There's no regulation so they can say whatever they want. Just like 300w 18650 mods. Like you could actually hit that wattage...
