Do you go both ways?
As you might have seen, I've been doing some reviews lately of juice I got from Real Extracts. All their juice is high PG, so it's made me use my Nautilus mini a lot more than usual. I generally prefer to use RDAs, although lately I've been using my SubTank a lot since it's nearly as good as an RDA and I can use it while driving.

This has brought up an interesting question: do you guys usually stick to dripping OR tanks, or do you frequently use both?

When I first joined this forum, I hardly knew what an RDA was. I used my ProTank 2 with my MVP 2.0 and I was happy with it. Then I discovered the wonderful world of dripping, and for several months I didn't use a tank at all. Now I've gone back to using tanks sometimes, depending on the situation. I drip at home or at the pub, and I use a tank when I'm working or driving. It's an interesting progression, and I'm really glad I made this blog so I can look back at how I've progressed as a vaper.

I think I've reached a point in my vaping career (hyperbolic irony intended) that I just don't really care much either way, as long as I get an enjoyable vape. I've gone through phases where I thought one was better than the other, and I couldn't imagine why people would use whatever I wasn't using. When I first joined, I couldn't believe people would actually waste time and effort building their own coils, and having to drip between puffs seemed like the most aggravating thing I could imagine. Then when I realized how great RDAs could be, I couldn't believe that there were people who would willingly use a tank. But now, I use both and I enjoy them both in different situations.

So what about you? Do you prefer tanks? Or do you prefer RDAs? Or do you regularly switch back and forth, as the situation may require?

I'd love to hear any comments on why you think one way or another is better, or why you think both can be good.

RE: Do you go both ways?
Thank the lord almighty that the post wasn't about the title Tongue

I've been known to use both but I still need to get myself a good tank. The Fogger I have is a nice vape but virtually impossible to build with my sausage fingers (sausage lol)

So I tend to stick to drippers once again (drippers lol) Big Grin

Drinks

PS. sorry to drag the thread downhill Tongue

Tanks nearly all the time - the latest generation of high performance tanks give the benefits of dripper-like flavour and tank convenience.

I'm the same, Bob. It was bad enough when I got my Atlantis and thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Now that I have my Arctic I could honestly never touch another dripper and not miss it. It's that damned good!

RE: Do you go both ways?
Spas you're not bringing it down, I think the pun made that reply perfect Tongue
Johnny I'm glad you like your Arctic that much, now I can't wait to get mine! I haven't had a chance to check with my buddy if it's arrived at her house yet.
Sounds like most of you folks are tankers.

I love the fact that my thread with an innuendo-laden title is the one that gets more replies faster than any other posts I've put up. You naughty, naughty people.

RE: Do you go both ways?
I am still using both RDAs and tanks. My RDA Collection has changed massively since you were in my shop Michael. As far as tanks...I'm using an Arctic for thinner juices and a Smok TFV4 for thicker juices at higher wattages.
