Decided to give the Gennies some love.
I've not used them in ages.Mainly because they aren't really practical outside the house. All Genesis types are very good at self-emptying when you don't want them to. Usually in my pockets Sad

I'd forgotten how relaxing the PulseG could be. So it got stuck on the Panzer with some cloud juice in it.

Then I filled up the Kraken (now with mesh wicks) and stuck it on the M16.

Time now for the mental Pometheus. Stingray I think. It's running at 0.2 ohms and is best treated as a dripper - flood the deck to keep the wicks wet.

Clouds!

Just put my PulseG on the M16. Stainless wick, twisted ribbon at 0.5 ohm. I really like  the way it vapes but gotta agree with you on the leaking issue.

I need to try the mesh Don sent me still. It's a better hole size for faster wicking as far as I know. If that doesn't keep up then I'll try some SS rope and it that doesn't keep up it'll be curtains for my Kraken Big Grin

I need to boil my Prometheus in vodka then soak in bi carbonate before boiling in water then get an ultrasonic cleaner for another vodka bath, then it might........MIGHT be rid of this horrible tobacco flavour. Its that strong I'm considering acetone and trichloroethylene. ....

Bleach. Then water then bicarb. Repeat as required.

Use thin bleach, not that thickened crap.

Hydrogen peroxide should work too Preferably 100 volume though 20 volume will get the job done eventually.

None of those should attack the tank.

Hot soapy water. About 2 drops of detergent in a pint of very hot water. For burnt crap I use bleach. Bleach will eventually corrode stainless steel so rinse well.

An old toothbrush can be handy too.

Mods, I clean the mod with kitchen paper - wedge a fingernail wrapped in KP into the threads then screw the fingernail in if you see what I mean. I use a fibreglass pencil to clean contact surfaces. You can use Brasso but it is a pain.

I generally use brasso on my mods, not often but its a nice way of avoiding the shit mrs gords watches on telly. For attys hot soapy water has worked so far but spas' s tobacco is particularly pungent Smile

I'm going to give it a good go this weekend and see if I can pick up an ultrasonic cleaner, vodka is suggested as its generally fit for human consumption.

The wicks in the Prometheus are stainless mesh so I'll blast them with the blow lamp.
