RE: Cuboid + TFV8
I'm curious if using the TFV8 at 60 to 90 watts is letting some of the juice leak cuz it's not been burned off completely. I will try to build the RDA, it will be my first attempt. Right now I'm using my Crown 2 tank with zero issues. I'm thinking I should have got a Griffin or Eagle tank. Feel like I wasted my money on this TFV8. :/

RE: Cuboid + TFV8
I have ZERO regrets about my TFV8, matter of fact now I also have a TFV4....my CLEITO 120 leaks...as PaulS says "all cleitos leak" haven't heard him say that about the 8. Smile

Okay just tested it: leaks with full airflow at 80W but not at 1/2 or 3/4 open airflow (using the 0.16 coil). Smile

Yeah I was using the octuple coil head with airflow wide open. Maybe turning the airflow down will help. I'll try that. I love SMOK products, this is the first time I've had issues.

Imo this effect is likley, my tanks are built very low sub ohm, some you could call sub sub ohm (lower than .1) I get a similar effect lower than 80w they all leak slightly. Same if I don't take a full draw on them.
I can't say how a factory vertical coil will handle low power, it might not have the same problem due to its design, but it could also be worse.

RE: Cuboid + TFV8
Bit of an update. Started using the RDA, and so far, no leaks. It's tastes like a burnt coil around 80 watts, so I turned it down to 65, where I like it, and it's works and tastes GREAT!! The mod is behaving itself. With the RDA I get almost as much cloud as my Crown. Any advice? Seems building the RDA is easier for me than buying new coils.
