Couple more Questions...
So beyond drip tanks (RDA correct?) and the like, any somewhat easy ways to begin sampling the fairly wide array of e-liquids we are taking delivery of?

Example: we are using two Nautilus 2 tanks (one for me and one for The Wife) and also have a Nautilus Mini we picked up locally for a steal. I tried an absolutely horrid Granny Smith liquid in it the other day and then cleaned it minus the coil (which I wiped down and blew through) and then tried a menthol in... it tasted like menthol Granny Smith but eventually morphed into a mostly menthol. A few days later we took delivery of a sampler of liquids from Israel that we heard good things about on YouTube so I cleaned the Mini and again, wiped down the exterior of the coil and blew through it. I filled it with this much talked about Turkish tobacco flavored liquid... I occasionally still try it, a couple times per day by swapping out my N2 tank for the Mini, but it still tastes like a funky mentholated Granny Smith apple Turk's foot (no offense to Turkish folk and/or their mentholated, apple infused, feet). So it's kind of not really allowing us to sample liquids in any true sense of the word Sample.
So now that we are up to three tanks (two N2's and one Mini) and two 5-packs of Aspire 1.8ohm coils, any suggestions or methods for expediting this sampling thing in a better, more accurate, but not wasteful manner?

Rookie questions all, but I remain a rookie.

Since we have an abundance of 1.8ohm coils, can I start rinsing them, allowing them to air dry while plugging in a new (or recently rinsed and dried) coil and rotating through these sample liquids? If so, any suggestions on successful ways to thoroughly clean a coil and also, how long do they need to air dry?

RE: Couple more Questions...
If you really want/need to clean all evidence of a horrid flavour from your gear I would suggest tossing the coil and placing the disassembled tank in warm water with a denture tablet.... 5-10 minutes for a 5 minute tablet or a few hours for the overnight version..... some would suggest booze but that would be wasting good booze. Smile

For testing flavours I always suggest an RDA....you can go with an RDTA so it will double as a tank when you find a flavour you really enjoy....some RDAs are super inexpensive, good quality and good flavour - many are also easy to build on.... local shops always seem to have an RDA or two on clearance....that way you can sample all of the juice you want and worse case you rewick...cotton is cheap....

Thank you, FB.

Okay so next question... can you recommend any good articles or tutorials or better even, videos for this wicking/rebuilding process?

Also, any preferred RDA brands?

RE: Couple more Questions...
I was curious and just checked USA based breazy.com has the Neutron RDA as well as the TSUNAMI RDA on sale for $9.99 and although I know you're not looking for another RTA, the Herakles V2 sub ohm tank is on sale for $14.99 - a great tank for that price - decent capacity and great flavour...free shipping over $50 to continental USA.

ps: I just checked the above as I have ordered from them before but I know there are many other online vendors with regular clearance sales.

RE: Couple more Questions...
With just starting on RDA's I would go for a 2 post deck - much more straightforward and more room to work with.

Won't even get into choices - what I may love, others may not - although most will agree COMPVAPE makes some really nice RDA - I have almost all of them - 13 Heavens 9 Hells is probably one of the best ones...I would suggest a youtube search - simple "RDA wicking" "easy RDA wicking" those type of searches and you'll be fascinated for hours and hours.... RE: Couple more Questions...
You could get a load of these, and one of these to test out flavours in a single use stylee.. but rda is best way tbh.
