RE: Clearly in need of help
Really interesteing Gentlydoingit...I never had this problem with any juice, bought or made. If the flavor is off I change my wicking and while doing so heat up the coild to a red glow and hold them under the tap...that usually removes all the gunk...if not rinse and repeat...or repeat and rinse in this case Wink. And I never had to do even this before at least a week in, discounting times when I was still learning to wick correctly and was stuffing my RDA's full of cotton Big Grin

Oh, may I ask what coils you use? I usually use at least clapton, but prefer fused claptons or aliens...and even bigger builds if my local store has them. Making my own Coils has so far resulted only in cat's cradels

I use quite a few coils but mostly fused claptons, currently using 30g 39g 317l ss coils 7 3mm wraps @ .24 firing 80w. It'll change tomorrow though, I stock more wire than my local shop! haha

You aren't burning out coils, you're using juice with too much sucrose and it's gunking them up and making them taste awful.

1 - Switch to a juice that doesn't contain so much sweetener as already mentioned.  That'll make the biggest difference.

2 - Thick juice is fine on the baby beast, 80% VG is no problem for that tank.

3 - Your best bet is to get a rebuild deck and start making your own coils and wicks.  That way when your juice ruins the coil, you can simply remove the wick, clean the coils, and re-wick - you'll get weeks out of every coil that way and save a LOT of money.

Remind one liberal per day, that laws affect only the law-abiding.

One thing to add if you go RDA, you probably wanna lower your nic...I had to go down from 6mg in the baby beast to 3mg in the RDA...6mg would make my head spin after a few hits Wink

in that case be aware that you somewhat skew your phase out, as the RDA delivers nicotine more effeciently than the baby beats. In essence vaping 3mg in my Goon RDA amounted to the same as vaping 6mg in the baby beast.

HarleyQ, I know it seems daunting however all of what we share is based on our our experience and sadly in many cases from lessons learned ourselves....like most people I started with RTAs before getting into RDAs - found an e-juice I really enjoyed on the RDA and without thinking much about it, filled my RTA.....had someone caught that first inhale on video, I would be a youtube vape fail sensation clip for a long time...
