RE: Christmas Shopping
I give my Mrs money at the beginning of November to get everyones presents
that just leaves me to get stuff for her
she has an amazon wish list and that makes it easy for me
I took the day off today to take her shopping for any clothes etc that she wants and ended up buying myself a mafell plunge saw Smile

if at first you don't succeed ,call it version 1.0

RE: Christmas Shopping
Well, hell; now online shopping is dicking with me, too. I bought a little gag gift for my gf (a plush bomb with the letter “F” on it which she’ll probably like more than the necklace) and I paid $10 extra for express shipping only to find the vendor ships out of Richardson, TX... 10 miles from where I live. I coulda WALKED to pick it up!!

There's no ‘I’ in ‘TEAM.’ There’s no ‘U’ either. It doesn’t appear the TEAM needs us, so let’s go grab a beer!Drinks

RE: Christmas Shopping
Do you do Amazon Prime? I've been a Prime member for many years. I know it seems silly but I have literally saved way more than the cost of the annual membership, especially if I was to pay for the 2 day shipping that comes with the membership. Plus, when you whine to them they usually step up to treat you right. And of course the non-shopping benefits like prime music and video, cloud storage if you want, etc.

No, I don’t shop online enough (let alone on Amazon exclusively) to merit a Prime membership. I usually only buy unimportant stuff online which means I don’t mind waiting for snail mail. I only ramped up the delivery on the “F” Bomb because I wanted to ensure it was here in time to get bundled with the necklace. Well, it beat the hell outta the necklace; just checked, it’s already been delivered. Fnck me running…

RE: Christmas Shopping
i have trust issues with online shopping , im anal about using disposable a disposable CC whenever doing mail order or onlie purchases .
lost a wallet 11 or so years back and still have bill collectors popping up , so im hesitant about letting my info out . as my father always said DTA

RE: Christmas Shopping
If I could, I'd do pretty much all my shopping other than food online. And the bulk food shop.

I only buy junk food from outfits that deliver. And limit myself to one a month or if I went to the beach, Greenpeace would tow me back out to sea.

RE: Christmas Shopping
Didn't feel real holiday cheer this year, put all the bigger kids money in cards and that was about it for me, main thing on my mind is my brother and spending what little time he has left with him as I can.
