Are these batteries fully charged when they arrive or do I need to charge them up.

Batteries are usually shipped at 3.6-3.7V as that's the best way to store them. They will need charging before use.

Battery Bad Things are rare. But almost all of them can be avoided.

Hey there friends. We're going to be entering the 'January Thaw' soon, even if it's a bit late. Calling for temps near 60F in about a week, which is way warmer than normal. We then pay for that with a deep freeze all February long with several big snowmakers. Yay.
