RE: Chat hub
Good morning all - never had a duck egg for years - local butcher has them - now there's an idea.

Sounds like a handy guy to know - and everything will be fresh as well - can't beat freshness.

The very best eggs I've ever had were the huge double-yoke eggs I was served for breakfast after landing at the airport in Belgium in 1950 (I'm an antique). I forget the name of the airport and don't know whether they were duck eggs but they were absolutely delicious. Of course, this was before the era of factory farms and "Better living with chemistry" kicked in.

Ain't progress wonderful? Sarcastic

P.S. I picked up a nice bottle of Chianti and some fava beans today. It would be nice to have a friend for dinner. Why don't you drop by?

Sure, no problem, bring him too if you like.

I could always use him for leftovers.
