Just ground work and driveway, septic, garage left
Looking good!

The dogs won't be too keen on the laminate flooring. Mind that is a good thing round food preparation areas - it might cut down on theft Smile

It’s all good; I studied that infamous scene in “The Princess Bride” with the Sicilian wherein Westley explains his building up an immunity to iocaine powder over several years; I figured mosquito season is only for another few months, so I modified the process a bit for mosquito repellant, ramping it up to one, large dose so that…. Oh, wait a minute…  *dialing Poison Control Center*

RE: Chat hub
Finally finished setting up a new bed and mattress in our cramped, over crowded bedroom. Had to take apart the old bed and haul it and the mattress outside. Then vacuum the old rug with parts that haven't seen a cleaner in over 10 years. Moved all the furniture and piles of clothing, shoes, and misc. then dusted and vacuumed again. Pulled out the old carpet, cut and rolled it for garbage. Cleaned he floor under it. Installed a new carpet single handed by moving stuff back and forth then finally assembled the new bed and mattress. I am BEAT! I'm also covered in stank. Sitting outside cooling off then a welcome hot shower.

Need to get my daughter from school at 1am as she gets back from a field trip to Baltimore. Then I have an appointment early in the morning to meet with a local film company and discuss working with them doing their aerial photography on a short film then later on a full documentary.

Got me shoulder surgery done. So I'm in a sling for a bit. I had my other one done by the same guy a few years back. So far so good. Hurts like a bitch but if it turns out as good as the last one it will be worth it X100. It looks like part of the Frankenstein Monster, A whole bunch of staples, cool heavy metal look. lol

Your yard looks nice Don, polar opposite of mine. I'm going for zero lawn. I have to say that your place looks incredibly cozy/comfortable. Very relaxing look, I dig that.

Talk at ya all later.

If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind?

RE: Chat hub
Afternoon all.

Brad, tha yard (Which I maintain) is 55 miles from where I live Smile

It is a 400 year old cottage which my parents bought years ago. It is a lovely place, furnished for comfort and practicality with large muddy dogs in mind Smile

Since my father died a couple of years ago I've been the maintenance guy and spend most of my free weekends there.
