Car vape stand
I got sick of not having a place to put my vape while driving, so I decided to make a wood stand to fit in the cup holder. Used a 3" circle cutter for the main shape, and a 1" bit for the mod holes. Couldn't find a 4x4", so I'm stuck with a 2x4" that I'm planning to stack. Here's a pic of the prototype.

RE: Car vape stand
That's really insane Spas. I don't think I could survive in a car without cupholders... I travel for my job all the time, and I constantly have something highly caffeinated in one holder, my phone or iPod in another, and now this thing in whatever's left. Those cupholders are very versatile creatures.

RE: Car vape stand
Michael - you need to get yourself a squonking atomiser and a mod to suit. Solves the drip and drive problem.

"Squonking" is probably my new favorite word. I've never heard that word before. Lol do you mean something like this?

Sorta- the Billet Box is one (overpriced and poorly designed IMO) example. The 3D uses the same general principle but I'e seen squonkers with 30ml bottles in them.

RE: Car vape stand
They do need modified atties though to squirt juice up through the middle. And inevitably box mods. So they tend not to be inexpensive.

Here's one that doesn't cost as much as any though personally I'd want an FET switch.

RE: Car vape stand
I'm not sure if I'm ready to get a whole new mod for it... Probably just get something like that 3d atty if it works. 1.5ml is big enough for just about any road trip, because worst case scenario you just stop for lunch and refill then. I think my Kayfun holds just a few ml (3-4ml sounds about right, not entirely sure though) and I've never even come close to emptying it while on a trip.

RE: Car vape stand
Update: I might just leave it at only 2" tall. It fits nicely into the cup holder, and it's tall enough that the mods won't fall out but short enough that they're really easy and fast to get in and out.
