Sony VTC4, Samsung 25R, LG HE2 HE4 are all good cells for a mech mod. Out of interest what mech mod have you got?

Nah, he deffo means he2, the hg have something like an 18a continuous rating.

Depends if you plan on pushing the limits of the cells too, if you are going 0.5+ ohms, you can get away with a cell that has less max amps but higher mah.

If you are trying to get down to 0.2 ohms or lower, you want the cell that can safely push as many amps as possible

I've always found mech doesn't care about mah, they just suck the cell dry in no time anyway. Always a good idea to have some headroom on the amperage though, especially while using stainless wire.
