Avoid Purple Efest "35A" 18650's
The latest ones claiming 3000mAh appear to be LG MH1 cells - rated at 10A by LG.

The older 2500mAh ones appear to be LG HE2 cells - rated at 20A by LG.

Basically Efest don't make cells just rewrap them with ludicrous and dangerous amp claims.

AVOID!!!!

RE: Avoid Purple Efest "35A" 18650's
 I currently use 7 of these[Image: 20151219_221440_zps69msezzk.jpg]

Two in a regulated, two for mech and three in wrapped up with a christmas prezzie wismec. Since I've owned them they've performed very well, a close runner to the hg2's in fact. They hit hard in a mech and last in a regulated.
I've no idea what they wrapped here but I'd say they're good cells.

Any info on what these may be Don?

I can't remember what the 2900mAh ones actually are but they may be Samsung 30Q cells. They most certainly are not 35A cells as no 18650 is honestly rated at 35A continuous discharge.

They are actually 15A cells.

This may be helpful - got from ECF.

Let me know if the link to Dropbox fails.

Have to say I'm surprised at that! I really like mine.

I thought these are 30q's, though after reading that perhaps not. These are deffo one to avoid![Image: 20151219_223227_zpscgan5mdj.jpg]

This is why I outright banned the advertising of cells on TVF. Most companies that rewrap cells not only buy the low binned cells, but they make ridiculous claims that are only getting worse as time goes on.

LOL, I like trying new things , good results always make me happy for a very long time. I had tried Basen and Enook batteries, both are good .but I personally like red color better, so Enook would be my final choice.

Would it not have been better to buy whatever cell was under the re-wrap? At least then you would have almost accurate ratings to go by..

what i find disturbing is the fact these rewraps are second and third rate cells , rejected by the manufacturers . leads me to question its integrity even under manufacturer specs
