RE: Anxiety, Anyone??
I look at it like this whiskey.

I'm assuming from the way the op is written that an adult is asking the question. They have elected to forgo the nic, which is imo a sensible option, who are we to provide anything other than the facts to allow them to make an informed decision, we all claim its pretty much harmless, we all agree that it is NOT a quitting aid, but a consumer product, who are we to do anything other than lay things bare and allow someone to make their own decisions? We get pretty cross when the likes of glantz and mckaven try to do the same thing for us.

Well put, we all make our own choices and it is good to go into things eyes wide open, asking for advise leaves open the door to all opinions as well, In this particular instance I have none.Good

RE: Anxiety, Anyone??
Too naturally messy for OCD and too Irish to have social anxiety. But I do get anxiety over my own things, normally things I don't have control over. I don't have much advice. Usually trust try and take my mind off it, and self-medicate when I know an anxiety-prone situation is coming. If you are nervous, you can do a lot of stupid things and destroy literally everything. I got into a situation where I played in a casino and lost all my money because of my nerves. I was very angry and didn't know how to tell my wife, but my friend advised me to take kratom powder and then talk to my wife. I took this medicine and the conversation was very calm and all the stress was gone. Therefore, I recommend taking kratom powder to strengthen your nervous system and it really reduces anxiety, checked on myself.
