It's hard to say.

Some folks find 10W too much, others vape at 250+W.

70W is more than a single 18650 is really capable of so battery life will be abysmal at full power. If you end up using it at full power you are going to have to carry spare cells with you.

TBH, I don't think the Pegasus is an advance on the Mini which will have better battery life.

As to the extra 20W, very few 18650s are up to running 70W so the practical difference will be small and you won't be hammering your cells to death with very high rate discharges.
