Fill hole is closed, coil is adjusted, everthing is tight, the coil isnt burned out, im at a loss now.
Is there an o ring missing from the top of the coil internally? shown here on a kanger coil

There is no slot for oring.  I thought it was the wire, so I hide it in the white rubber, re-filled the tank, put it still for 20+ mins, I did not see leak.
But then I assembled the tank+atomizer  to the boxer, I did not press the fire button, it started to make a sound, and some cloud.
The the leaking began, a big drop came out,the tank is getting really hot in just a few seconds.  I took out the battery to aviod any problem.

You mean it fired up without pressing the button?! There's a major fault with the mod if that happens, refund/replacement would be in order.

After several times of trying, I'm finally posting the boxer back to the seller. Thanks for your time and kind help.

Shame. Don't let that bad experience put you off though, vaping can be a really easy and enjoyable pastime.
